Returns and Refunds

Lotta Stensson will gladly accept returns of unworn, unwashed, undamaged, or defective Full-Price merchandise for a full refund, within 10 days of the date you received the merchandise. Send a return request to email: lottastenssonbrand@gmail.com or Or Text us at: (323) 896 9892.

We will confirm the return and give you the address to send merch back to.

Must be returned to us in its original packaging, with the tags still on the garment. After 10 days, and exchange or store credit will be issued for the current selling price on both full-price and sale merchandise.

Please note that there is NO refund on shipping charges.

To receive a full refund, unworn, undamaged items must be returned to us within 10 days of the date you received the merchandise.

All orders are shipped and delivered by FedEx on business days only, (Monday to Friday), excluding holidays. At this time we do not offer Saturday delivery.

We ship within the Continental US, and Internationally.

We are unable to ship to PO Box or APO/military addresses.

DETAILS

Our "Silk Boatneck Dress" is a dress inspired by the simplicity and elegance of our kaftan styles. The dress is a simple column shape around the body, with one side slit, 20-21" tall. The boatneck is 15" open across the shoulder and the dress has a very chic look overall. The print is in the finest Silk Charmeuse weight and is a very forgiving print for all body types.

We are offering it in One size and the circumference is 52" all around and the model is a size small.

This item is made to order in Los Angeles so please allow for 5 days in making plus transit. WE can custom the measuments but allow for more time in making.
