Returns and Refunds

Lotta Stensson will gladly accept returns of unworn, unwashed, undamaged, or defective Full-Price merchandise for a full refund, within 10 days of the date you received the merchandise. Send a return request to email: lottastenssonbrand@gmail.com or Or Text us at: (323) 896 9892.

We will confirm the return and give you the address to send merch back to.

Must be returned to us in its original packaging, with the tags still on the garment. After 10 days, and exchange or store credit will be issued for the current selling price on both full-price and sale merchandise.

Please note that there is NO refund on shipping charges.

To receive a full refund, unworn, undamaged items must be returned to us within 10 days of the date you received the merchandise.

All orders are shipped and delivered by FedEx on business days only, (Monday to Friday), excluding holidays. At this time we do not offer Saturday delivery.

We ship within the Continental US, and Internationally.

We are unable to ship to PO Box or APO/military addresses.

DETAILS

Our "Tie Slit Dress" is a simple pull on dress. The dress has a deco tassel drawstring under the bust-line and a Hook eye closure above the tie closure on the inside neckline if you want a little less bust line showing. The front of the dress has 2 tall slits and in the same seam's the dress has pockets. The dress bodies is very generous & loose, and comes as a One Size and can fit S/M/L perfect. The bust area is not too generous so up to a B, small C cup the dress will fit well.

Care: The fabrication is ok to machine wash delicate and lay flat to dry (be aware - we suggest washing the dress inside a separate "care bag" is advised to not loose the deco beads on tie string ends)
