Returns and Refunds

Lotta Stensson will gladly accept returns of unworn, unwashed, undamaged, or defective Full-Price merchandise for a full refund, within 10 days of the date you received the merchandise. Send a return request to email: lottastenssonbrand@gmail.com or Or Text us at: (323) 896 9892.

We will confirm the return and give you the address to send merch back to.

Must be returned to us in its original packaging, with the tags still on the garment. After 10 days, and exchange or store credit will be issued for the current selling price on both full-price and sale merchandise.

Please note that there is NO refund on shipping charges.

To receive a full refund, unworn, undamaged items must be returned to us within 10 days of the date you received the merchandise.

All orders are shipped and delivered by FedEx on business days only, (Monday to Friday), excluding holidays. At this time we do not offer Saturday delivery.

We ship within the Continental US, and Internationally.

We are unable to ship to PO Box or APO/military addresses.

DETAILS

Our "Sequin V neck Dress" is a elegant but simple dress. The neckline on the model has an exaggerated V neckline FYI - it ships as a perfect fitting V neckline with 12- 13" opening in the front. The dress comes lined with two side slit that are 21" tall. The dress is a column shape and forgiving & has a netting hemline detail. The dress can be swung around to have a higher V in the front and a lower V in the back for a different look. This dress looks amazing belted as well. We offer the dress sized from XS- XL & the model is wearing an XS for a tighter effect.

This item is made to order in Los Angeles and allow for 5 days in making + plus transit time.
