Returns and Refunds

Lotta Stensson will gladly accept returns of unworn, unwashed, undamaged, or defective Full-Price merchandise for a full refund, within 10 days of the date you received the merchandise. Send a return request to email: lottastenssonbrand@gmail.com or Or Text us at: (323) 896 9892.

We will confirm the return and give you the address to send merch back to.

Must be returned to us in its original packaging, with the tags still on the garment. After 10 days, and exchange or store credit will be issued for the current selling price on both full-price and sale merchandise.

Please note that there is NO refund on shipping charges.

To receive a full refund, unworn, undamaged items must be returned to us within 10 days of the date you received the merchandise.

All orders are shipped and delivered by FedEx on business days only, (Monday to Friday), excluding holidays. At this time we do not offer Saturday delivery.

We ship within the Continental US, and Internationally.

We are unable to ship to PO Box or APO/military addresses.

DETAILS

Our new silhouette "Long Slit Dress" is very beautiful, elegant and very easy wear. Its not skin tight but lays along the body and has 2 tall slits up the center of legs creating the drama. The front has narrow mock turtle neckline that closes with 2 hook and eye in the back of neck & the back has a key hole as-well. The neckline fit is relaxed and not tight to the neck. The side underarm has a zipper. The model is 5'9 tall & wearing a Small. See our Measurement chart in attached images.
