Returns and Refunds

Lotta Stensson will gladly accept returns of unworn, unwashed, undamaged, or defective Full-Price merchandise for a full refund, within 10 days of the date you received the merchandise. Send a return request to email: lottastenssonbrand@gmail.com or Or Text us at: (323) 896 9892.

We will confirm the return and give you the address to send merch back to.

Must be returned to us in its original packaging, with the tags still on the garment. After 10 days, and exchange or store credit will be issued for the current selling price on both full-price and sale merchandise.

Please note that there is NO refund on shipping charges.

To receive a full refund, unworn, undamaged items must be returned to us within 10 days of the date you received the merchandise.

All orders are shipped and delivered by FedEx on business days only, (Monday to Friday), excluding holidays. At this time we do not offer Saturday delivery.

We ship within the Continental US, and Internationally.

We are unable to ship to PO Box or APO/military addresses.

DETAILS

Our “Cascade Robe” is a very easy to fit shape.

The silhouette is very forgiving and the drape is generous and makes this a perfect robe for all body types. If you are of a petite built we suggest you see our “Mini Cascade Robe” which is the same exact shape, just 7-8” shorter than this style.

The drawstring sits in the high waist/under bust area and the strings have decorative beads at the end of strings. The top of the sleeve has a slit and shows a very small area of the upper arm. The hemline cascades down and the back hem is longer than the front which has a little slit at the center front hem.

This style is perfect as a beach cover up, to wear around town or as a party dress over one of our “Layering slips”. For this shape we recommend our “Cascade Slip”.
