Returns and Refunds

Lotta Stensson will gladly accept returns of unworn, unwashed, undamaged, or defective Full-Price merchandise for a full refund, within 10 days of the date you received the merchandise. Send a return request to email: lottastenssonbrand@gmail.com or Or Text us at: (323) 896 9892.

We will confirm the return and give you the address to send merch back to.

Must be returned to us in its original packaging, with the tags still on the garment. After 10 days, and exchange or store credit will be issued for the current selling price on both full-price and sale merchandise.

Please note that there is NO refund on shipping charges.

To receive a full refund, unworn, undamaged items must be returned to us within 10 days of the date you received the merchandise.

All orders are shipped and delivered by FedEx on business days only, (Monday to Friday), excluding holidays. At this time we do not offer Saturday delivery.

We ship within the Continental US, and Internationally.

We are unable to ship to PO Box or APO/military addresses.

Our Cover Up Kaftan Dress in our mermaid inspired knit is a super easy throw on and go Tunic Dress. Easy at the beach or pool and very durable so the perfect Mom cover up while chasing after kids. This option even has a mommy & me option. Search ; "Mermaid" to see he style choices including kids. The fabric is comfortable, breaths well due to its make up and the fabric will survive anything & repels water unless submerged! This fabric can take Pool water, sand & salt ocean water and is easy to wash in the machine and dries in no time hanging. The neckline is a V-neck and both side bottom of the kaftan has 21" side slits to the knee area for easy movement. The neckline and armhole is a raw edge and the bottom of tunic has a scallop hemline in the shape of the mermaid scales thats been hand cut.

We offer 4 sizes since this is a more narrow shape. The model is a small and wearing a small and the hip circumference is 36" . The Medium's hip circumference is 45". The Large hip circumference is 55" and the XL hip circumference is 75"
