Returns and Refunds

Lotta Stensson will gladly accept returns of unworn, unwashed, undamaged, or defective Full-Price merchandise for a full refund, within 10 days of the date you received the merchandise. Send a return request to email: lottastenssonbrand@gmail.com or Or Text us at: (323) 896 9892.

We will confirm the return and give you the address to send merch back to.

Must be returned to us in its original packaging, with the tags still on the garment. After 10 days, and exchange or store credit will be issued for the current selling price on both full-price and sale merchandise.

Please note that there is NO refund on shipping charges.

To receive a full refund, unworn, undamaged items must be returned to us within 10 days of the date you received the merchandise.

Shipping Methods

All orders are shipped and delivered by FedEx on business days only, (Monday to Friday), excluding holidays. At this time we do not offer Saturday delivery.

We ship within the Continental US, and Internationally.

We are unable to ship to PO Box or APO/military addresses.

Our Eiffel Maxi Kaftan is one of our top selling styles because it fits everyone. Its a shape that looks elegant on, and yet your very comfortable at the same time...we love that ! Easy to layer over anything like swimwear, slip dress or leggings and tank top.

The Fabric is a durable Poly Chiffon that can be machine washed and dried. The fabric does not wrinkle at all, and folds into napkin size items easy for travel. For travel this is perfect as salt water or pool water wont effect the fabric and you can rise it up easily in hotel sink and hang to dry which is quick.
