Returns and Refunds

Lotta Stensson will gladly accept returns of unworn, unwashed, undamaged, or defective Full-Price merchandise for a full refund, within 10 days of the date you received the merchandise. Send a return request to email: lottastenssonbrand@gmail.com or Or Text us at: (323) 896 9892.

We will confirm the return and give you the address to send merch back to.

Must be returned to us in its original packaging, with the tags still on the garment. After 10 days, and exchange or store credit will be issued for the current selling price on both full-price and sale merchandise.

Please note that there is NO refund on shipping charges.

To receive a full refund, unworn, undamaged items must be returned to us within 10 days of the date you received the merchandise.

Shipping Methods

All orders are shipped and delivered by FedEx on business days only, (Monday to Friday), excluding holidays. At this time we do not offer Saturday delivery.

We ship within the Continental US, and Internationally.

We are unable to ship to PO Box or APO/military addresses.

DETAILS

Our “Wool Scarf's” are super soft and handwoven. The scarf has handmade tassel ends. The scarf is printed using an old hand block print process using carved wooden blocks made from Lotta's hand drawn print design. Its a long process and each scarf is truly handmade from start to finish. We have attached an image from Lottas Travels to our artisans in India making these incredible items.

The scarf is unisex and the perfect gift that both women and men can enjoy. They are great for many purposes, even as baby blankets :)
