Returns and Refunds

Lotta Stensson will gladly accept returns of unworn, unwashed, undamaged, or defective Full-Price merchandise for a full refund, within 10 days of the date you received the merchandise. Send a return request to email: lottastenssonbrand@gmail.com or Or Text us at: (323) 896 9892.

We will confirm the return and give you the address to send merch back to.

Must be returned to us in its original packaging, with the tags still on the garment. After 10 days, and exchange or store credit will be issued for the current selling price on both full-price and sale merchandise.

Please note that there is NO refund on shipping charges.

To receive a full refund, unworn, undamaged items must be returned to us within 10 days of the date you received the merchandise.

Shipping Methods

All orders are shipped and delivered by FedEx on business days only, (Monday to Friday), excluding holidays. At this time we do not offer Saturday delivery.

We ship within the Continental US, and Internationally.

We are unable to ship to PO Box or APO/military addresses.

Our "Mid Length V-Neck Kaftan" in our beautiful Silk Tabi quality is an easy but elegant kaftan to throw on and go. This AQUA has an extremely airy feel & the Aqua color is truly stunning. The tunic has a Simple V neck front and back neckline. Great over swimwear or worn over a slip dress. The kaftan is a One Size fits all and can accommodate XS-2XL.

Fabrication Content: 100% Tabi Silk
Print Process: 100% hand made batik print, and every item is made by hand and a one of a kind item & limited items will be made in this style, Soft pink base with soft plum print.
Size run: One Size
Made in: Garment is custom made in LA - allow for 3 days in making plus transit time
Care: Dry Clean Or rinse by hand in Luke warm water with small amount of detergent in the sink. The fabric is delicate so rise only, no rubbing. Hang on a hanger to dry and the item dries in 2 minutes.
