Returns and Refunds

Lotta Stensson will gladly accept returns of unworn, unwashed, undamaged, or defective Full-Price merchandise for a full refund, within 10 days of the date you received the merchandise. Send a return request to email: lottastenssonbrand@gmail.com or Or Text us at: (323) 896 9892.

We will confirm the return and give you the address to send merch back to.

Must be returned to us in its original packaging, with the tags still on the garment. After 10 days, and exchange or store credit will be issued for the current selling price on both full-price and sale merchandise.

Please note that there is NO refund on shipping charges.

To receive a full refund, unworn, undamaged items must be returned to us within 10 days of the date you received the merchandise.

Shipping Methods

All orders are shipped and delivered by FedEx on business days only, (Monday to Friday), excluding holidays. At this time we do not offer Saturday delivery.

We ship within the Continental US, and Internationally.

We are unable to ship to PO Box or APO/military addresses.

DETAILS

Our "Clutch Bag's" are very beautiful in our signature prints. The bag's have the same print on the front & back and the colors are very strong and rich looking. The bag has a gold zipper and gold chain to wear the bag over the shoulder. The chain can come off and then you have a great pouch style clutch bag. The zipper has a beautiful tassel with a gem stone & makes the bag super cute & makes a great gift.The bag dimensions are 10 wide by 7 tall, and the chain strap is 46" long. The inside has a black satin liner and one zip pocket, and 2 other pockets great for wallet and lipstick.
