Returns and Refunds

Lotta Stensson will gladly accept returns of unworn, unwashed, undamaged, or defective Full-Price merchandise for a full refund, within 10 days of the date you received the merchandise. Send a return request to email: lottastenssonbrand@gmail.com or Or Text us at: (323) 896 9892.

We will confirm the return and give you the address to send merch back to.

Must be returned to us in its original packaging, with the tags still on the garment. After 10 days, and exchange or store credit will be issued for the current selling price on both full-price and sale merchandise.

Please note that there is NO refund on shipping charges.

To receive a full refund, unworn, undamaged items must be returned to us within 10 days of the date you received the merchandise.

All orders are shipped and delivered by FedEx on business days only, (Monday to Friday), excluding holidays. At this time we do not offer Saturday delivery.

We ship within the Continental US, and Internationally.

We are unable to ship to PO Box or APO/military addresses.

DETAILS

Our "Lace Up Kaftan" is a very easy shape. It laces up the neck line and has beautiful deco tassel endings. The kaftan has sewn sides that leaves a side drape on either side of the body and has 22" openings on either side as "slits". Its a One size fits all and perfect to wear at home because its very comfortable, a great hostess item for any party, or bring along and wear on vacation.

Care: The fabrication is ok to machine wash delicate and lay flat to dry, BUT since it has the deco tassel we suggest hand wash or dry clean only.
